Christoph Roos

Christoph Roos is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience spanning private banking, M&A, and direct investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the Hochschule für Finanzwirtschaft & Management in Bonn, Germany, including a summer term at Harvard University. He graduated top of his class in 2013 and was awarded the Eberle Butschkau Foundation Award for academic excellence. Christoph began his career in the German banking sector, where he spent a decade working in private and corporate banking. He later led a multi-year M&A and financial sector development project in Kigali, Rwanda, on behalf of the German government, focusing on financial inclusion and microfinance. Since relocating to Switzerland in 2019, he has specialized in private equity and venture capital, managing direct investments—often in the triple-digit million range—for a Swiss single-family office. Notable projects include the acquisition of a 400 MW offshore wind farm and major cap table transactions for a leading Swiss tech firm. With broad sector expertise in technology, renewable energy, cryptocurrency, real estate, and liquid investment strategies, Christoph currently manages his own assets while advising several family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on global buy-side activities across all asset classes and stages.
