Francesco D’Amico

Francesco is the founder of Philos & Partners Ltd., a Swiss regulated multi family office managing approximately USD 5 billion. He advises also an international multi family office owned by a seventh generation family on governance, estate planning, and long term strategy. Previously, he served as Deputy CEO of Quilvest Switzerland and held other senior leadership roles. He currently sits on the boards of several family holdings, family offices, and foundations, advising primarily on family governance, family office strategy, and generational change.
