Julien Tizot

Julien Tizot is the CIO of Aras Ltd, a single Spanish Family Office based in Abu Dhabi. In his role, he is responsible for investments across asset classes and sits on several boards. Prior to joining Aras, Julien was co-founder and General Partner of Forepont Capital Partners, a Bio&MedTech Venture Capital Fund (NYC & Paris) where he led 20+ investments, sat on 5 boards and led BioSpeedia, one of the portfolio companies, from $0 to $20M Revenues in 12 months as CEO. Before, Julien was Partner & Managing Director of Trajectoire Capital Group (Geneva), as well as the Head of Alternative Investments for AG2R La Mondiale (Paris) where he allocated over €3B across asset classes (direct & funds) and hedge funds. Twice he was awarded French Investor of the Year in the Hedge Fund category and ranked in the top decile every year as the Portfolio Manager of "AG2R LM Offensif". Julien holds an MBA from London Business School & Columbia Business School as well as a BSc in Economics & MSc in Finance from St Mary's College of California, and an Engineering degree in Statistics & Econometrics from AMSE, France. Julien was also Valedictorian of the CIIA in France.
