Leena Dandekar is Founder and Chairperson of Raintree Family Office and Raintree Foundation, the Dandekar family’s platform for purpose-led capital and participatory philanthropy. Drawing on her roots in the Camlin family’s industrial legacy, she transitioned toward regenerative impact, guided by a long-term commitment to restoring landscapes and the communities who depend on them. Raintree Foundation’s flagship programme in Velhe, Maharashtra works at the intersection of watershed restoration, water security, and climate resilience in the Western Ghats.
