Luiz Monteiro

Luiz Monteiro is a Partner and the Portfolio Manager at Apo Capital, where he has been since 2019, accumulating 21 years of experience in investments. Luiz was previously a Senior Partner at Two Creeks Capital, having joined the company at its inception in 2014. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Ziff Brothers Investments. Luiz joined ZBI in 2011 as an Analyst for Latin America. Before that, Luiz was a Vice President at Credit Suisse and a Portfolio Manager responsible for equity funds in the Asset Management division. He also previously worked at Credit Suisse in Equity Research where he covered the Utilities sector in Latin America. Luiz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV (São Paulo Business Administration School) in 2005.
