Olivia (Liv) Chowdry

Olivia (Liv) Chowdry is the Founder and CEO of Atlas Impact, a specialist advisory firm serving families of significant wealth who seek to steward what they've built and forge a future defined by shared purpose and lasting legacy — part money mediator, part wealth psychologist, part architect of the family dynamics that make it all possible. A former Team USA professional equestrian athlete and next-generation inheritor, Liv brings lived experience alongside rigorous academic grounding in law, family systems psychology, and business. She is an alumna of the Maverick NEXT Philanthropic Fellows Program — a selective Gates Foundation and LSE-backed initiative immersing next-generation leaders in public health projects around the world. She is actively engaged across Nexus, Acumen, and Toniic, where she has led roundtables and facilitated workshops, and has guest lectured at Oxford Saïd Business School on family office governance. Alongside this, Liv has put her expertise into practice within her own family — co-developing, with the elder generation and advisors, an integrated strategy encompassing an IPS, family constitution, and next-generation impact investing framework. Atlas Impact launched on the 25th anniversary of her father Michael Chowdry's passing — a deliberate act of honouring his entrepreneurial legacy and the belief that shaped her: that the greatest inheritance is not what you receive, but what you choose to carry forward, and what you build for those who come next.
